Heatcraft Recognized with Two Honorable Mentions at Prestigious PR Daily Social Media & Digital Awards 

NEW YORK – Heatcraft Refrigeration Products earned Honorable Mention recognition in PR Daily’s Social Media & Digital Awards in both the Mobile App and SEO Strategy categories at a recent awards ceremony in New York.

PR Daily’s Social Media & Digital Awards celebrates the teams, organizations and agencies who create captivating digital work and have redefined the field with their groundbreaking work.

Since winning the Mobile App category in 2022, The Refrigeration Toolkit by Heatcraft Refrigeration Products went through a major redesign that included additional enhancements and UX improvements. The effort has not gone unnoticed, as app downloads have increased steadily in the past year. Ragan Communications, which produces the PR Daily Awards programs, saw fit to recognize the Refrigeration Toolkit yet again in 2023 with an Honorable Mention.

“To make the Refrigeration Toolkit a great deal more than simply a mobile app with useful tools – and transform it into a vital resource and portal into the Heatcraft digital ecosystem – it was important to add functionality on par with major B2C consumer goods apps in the marketplace,” said Tim Fletcher, digital marketing manager for Heatcraft Refrigeration Products. “For the second year in a row, users have more than doubled. With 10k users at the end of 2021, the Refrigeration Toolkit saw a 124% increase in 2022 with 24k users.”

The Heatcraft SEO strategy was recognized because of its significant increase in the ranking of heatcraftrpd.com. Before the SEO program began with the relaunched website in the summer of 2021, the Heatcraft site ranked in the top three for only brand-specific keywords. Since the program has taken hold, the site ranks in the top three for all its target keywords and most competitive keywords, with an average ranking of 1.5 across all keywords.
