The Department of Energy’s regulations have set a new standard for energy efficiency in the US. These federal regulations affect all 50 states, but did you know that some states have taken this energy efficiency initiative even further?

Today, we’re sharing the prescriptive rebate programs offered for commercial refrigeration equipment in Massachusetts, Vermont, and Rhode Island.

Through these programs, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Vermont offer rebates and incentives for both business and residential customers.

Businesses can save on: Combined Heat and Power (CHP), Compressed Air, Energy Management Systems, Food Service Equipment (including condensing units and unit coolers), Lighting and Lighting Controls, Variable Speed Drives, Process and Manufacturing Equipment, Vending Misers, special financing for qualified energy efficiency projects and deep energy retrofits.

Residential customers can file rebates for: heating and cooling equipment, weatherization products such as home insulation, lighting (power strips, light bulbs, and light fixtures), appliances, home renovations or new construction, special financing for energy-efficient upgrades, and smart thermostats.

Contact your local Heatcraft Refrigeration Products wholesaler for more information on how to start saving today with Orbus™ Controller and Intelligen™ Refrigeration Controller technology.
