Heatcraft Expands Presence in Western U.S. and Canada

Stone Mountain, GA, December 15, 2015 - Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration, a leading provider of commercial refrigeration components, systems and service solutions, is excited to announce its recent investment in a West Coast-based Customer Care office, adding additional personnel and service for customers in the Pacific, Mountain and Central time zones. This ongoing investment will give the Heatcraft customer base support during their regular business hours, which in turn should enhance their efforts toward successfully competing in the marketplace.

Live customer support is now available for the hours of 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST. The expansion not only involves an investment in additional personnel located in a new Eastvale, CA, office, but Heatcraft is also increasing its level of stocked refrigeration equipment and parts for more timely delivery to customers in the western U.S. and Canada. In the near future, customer care enhancements will include adding technical service personnel, based in the new office, to work with customers needing support past East Coast business hours.
