Throughout our history, we’ve always had one goal in mind: quality. We manufacture products that perform to precise specifications. And we provide services that help our customers from product selection to installation and maintenance.
This commitment is the driving force behind the HRP Quality Council. Consisting of a team of engineers, the Quality Council works to push forward the boundaries of excellence and innovation in commercial refrigeration.

An Open Letter to Our Visitors
Nineteenth century scholar John Ruskin once wrote, “Quality is never an accident. It is always the result of intelligent effort.” At Heatcraft Refrigeration Products (HRP) we always strive to provide our customers with the highest degree of quality goods and services, not by accident, but from consistent, intelligent efforts to be the best that we can be. It is because of this commitment to our customers, along with the demand for high quality products and services, that the HRP Quality Council exists. The purpose of this council is to continually drive the best products and customer services in the refrigeration industry to the next level and beyond! The HRP Quality Council recognizes that fulfilling our duty to provide quality improvements does not begin and end in our factories. It extends outward to all of our customers, suppliers, and employees. It is only through working together as partners in combined intelligent efforts that gives us the ability to meet and exceed our commitments.
This HRP Quality webpage has been created to serve as an extension of the Quality Council for our partners outside of the HRP organization. We are providing a vehicle for two-way communication that will not only keep you informed but also provide you with a direct link to us at HRP on matters concerning the quality of our goods and services.
